Are you new to hive and Leo entirely or just a new account so people don’t associate to your other? I know both types of people.
For uploading pictures try the same account but log into PeakD.com - it’s the front end that works the best for these things. I like leo but they’ve got a lot of challenges sometimes.
As for the work crush - it sounds like she may feel similar or she’s creeped out by you. I would focus on getting better at not being an alcoholic before you make a move on her.
I would also make sure you understand - workplace romances can go wrong so just make sure you are ok with leaving the job if it goes south.
At any rate though - I had a workplace romance myself years ago and it worked out well for a long time so I know where you’re coming from.

Thanks for the comment. I'm a longtime Hive/Leo user - I just wanted a place where I could record my random thoughts and write crazy bullshit on a daily basis, and do it anonymously. My other main account is not anonymous.
I thought about using PeakD for pics. I use PeakD mostly for other accounts. I just thought I'd give InLeo a shot because I like where they're going with things. I imagine they'll sort out the image issues eventually.
I appreciate the tips re: workplace crushes :) I don't believe she's creeped out by me. I'm very respectful and polite around her. She smiles at me sometimes which is a positive sign. I can't tell if she's flirting or just being polite.
