It’s important to do what you can but don’t overdo it. No sense in burning yourself out! For example, perhaps make it a point to work out on some days and then write on hive the days you don’t work out. That way you can do both in the same week but have time to dedicate to either.

Thank you for the advice. This is what I’m trying to do: if I have free time, I try to write a draft and maybe spend an hour on it. Usually, it takes me several hours to finish a blog, so it’s impractical to spend most of my time writing as it would mean neglecting other things I want to do.
Sundays and Mondays are usually my free time. Maybe I’ll impose a strict reminder to myself that these days are for rest. :)).
