One of the important things we have to keep in mind, especially as we get older, is that we need to feed our brains the nutrients it wants! When you are stressed out you use a lot of different things and magnesium is a big one. Perhaps you should add magnesium foods to your diet and it will hopefully help!
Hopefully you are able to get things under better control so you don’t have a breakdown during work. Sadly work should never evoke those types of emotions!
