I’m on both sides for the KE stuff. I like when I see someone with a decent KE and give them a stronger vote but when I get to know someone I ignore the KE a lot of times. I think the KE can be helpful when it comes to some things, like seeing someone who’s cashing every single thing out and not keeping any. That’s their prerogative and they can get support in some places but not a lot from me.
I think constantly focusing on metrics isn’t a good thing though, because it indeed forgets there’s a human behind that.
