The last 90 years have been some of the quietest of human record if you really think about it. Hundreds of thousands of people every few years used to go to war and die for most of the Middle Ages of history and likely just the same before that.
I agree that we won’t be able to get rid of war because people will always look to others to “lead” them and those people are often power hungry and will fight others for it.
My only hope is we don’t blow our way into oblivion like a bunch of idiots. I don’t think that will happen though, in any real sense. The billionaires will likely not allow it. If they kill off the population, who will they manipulate and control like they do us? Themselves? That won’t go over well and they will extinct themselves in the process from their bunkers.
