OMG. Hiring tradespeople is THE worst, because it is a gamble EVERY TIME. Ugh. I hope he comes around or at least gives you your radiators. I would definitely ask for them to be delivered so you can try to find someone else to finish the job. So sorry you have been dealing with this.

Thanks @dfinney. I saw he got some very good reviews from other residents on our estate as we have a community FB group, and he also lives here, so I thought it would be ok. He has finally messaged me today, hopefully we will speak tomorrow.
