I'm old enough to remember when please, thank you and excuse me were used appropriately. These days, people don't even use eye contact when they speak, referring to shop workers here. It's disgusting, those people are disgusting and society is disgusting. Maybe the younger generation won't understand my last sentence, but for me, at 52, thinking back to how it generally used to be...it makes a lot of sense.
