I appreciate everyone trying to hustle to put food on their family’s table, you can do all these legitimately and as you so please but not to the detriment of another person’s happiness or reputation! It’s so wrong to drag another person’s name into the mud for your business to thrive! Very very wrong!
Just the way I detest bloggers who spread false news on their blogs, I detest these photographers (paparazzi) who are always in the faces of celebrities and public figures trying to snoop around, no offense to anyone in this line of business.
I have always known that celebrities go through a lot from the public, I knew they were constantly criticized, I knew they were often trolled by cyber bullies, and the rest but I never knew how bad it was until I watched Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s documentary on Netflix.
I didn’t know how tough it was to be a public figure until I saw that documentary and my respect for celebrities and public figures grew.
Imagine a bunch of paparazzi following you everywhere, watching your every move, and waiting for you to screw up so you could make headlines.
From the beginning of the documentary, the couple spoke about the early days of their relationship, how they had to disguise and also hide in public whenever they wanted to see each other. Imagine you are in love with someone and you can’t tell anybody about it or you can’t be seen openly because of what the media would say about your relationship.
This couple went through a lot to be where they are now. Love is a good thing, it’s supposed to come with so much joy and excitement but this couple were more stressed than anyone else. Watching their every move, concealing and enduring a lot all thanks to the paparazzi and the media houses that were never tired of causing havoc!
Sometimes I see these paparazzi as a bunch of jobless people. You literally stand outside people’s buildings, you hide in bushes, you disguise yourself just to get shots of people who are busy with their lives. You come up with silly stories, whether true or false to entice the general public just to make your story sell.
It boils down to the fact that if these people you follow around do not show up that means you do not have any story to sell for that day? Lol, trust some of them to even invent what never happened.
For Megan and Harry, it took more than love for their relationship to work because how do you constantly see your face on the papers and tabloids and mean things are written about you, people assume and write rubbish things about you and not to talk about when they start digging into your past. Now that I think about it, Megan is one hell of a strong woman as I don’t think I have such thick skin to bear all the shades.
Imagine I grew up as a normal girl only to be introduced to the spotlight and in no time this spotlight causes more harm than good.
I can’t imagine what Megan and Harry went through. It was recorded that some paparazzi used drones and helicopters to take pictures of their son when he was still a baby. Their privacy was invaded at all costs!
One time they were chased for two hours in the city of New York. I know these are public figures, but c’mon can these guys live? Can they breathe without a story coming up?
These celebrities and public figures are humans too not superheroes, they are prone to make mistakes like other humans, these paparazzi should try to cut them some slack!

Celebrities are really trying. I'm camera shy. I don't think I can survive having people following me around all in the name of paparazzi. Megan is truly a strong woman.
Yeah me too, I don't think I can survive it too. But I feel like the more these celebrities step into the limelight the more they become tougher for scandals but not all of them though.
My dear, celebrities are trying o. They jave to act all prim and proper because you never can tell when or where a flaw can be photographed. It is indeed a frustrating life to lead.

It's the fact that celebrities have to start hiding from the media and world because of the mostly fake news circulated about them. Gist carriers you say but they're ready to spread any falsehood just to get publicity themselves
Truly it's so difficult to be a celebrity, behind the glitz and glamour lies broken people.
Being a public figure of some kind is not for me. Fortunately I wasn't born in a family that is in some form of the spotlight. The rest, we can then decide for ourselves. A reason why I never wanted to become the CEO of some big ass company (not that anyone ever asked in my life 😀 am still a soldier, well, an office employee at the bottom of the hierarchy), or a politician (although quite a few peeps in my life and even told me to go into politics), or get befriended with public figures (not that I know anyone 😀). I think being known by the public, is not the best way to live my life.
Honestly, I don't understand most peeps who want to read about every tiny detail about someone's life, well not just someone, someone being a public figure. While plenty peeps not known to the public, have equally interesting lives, perhaps even more interesting lives.

It is funny how standing outside people's houses is actually their main job😂😂😂😄. However, celebrities go through a whole lot and they deserve to be cut some slack too.

You are hundred percent right about this, Sis. I believe everyone has his/her own area of calling. Being a public figure is not as easy as people would think, everything comes with a prize, we have to understand that, the prize to remain focused ahead or above defamation is considered to be one of the highest to pay. You necessarily don't have to be a celebrity or a public figure before you encounter such ridicule, we all are experiencing the same in every aspect of our lives ( maritally, in relationships,amongst friends, within the family, religiously and so on). The fact is, the higher your purpose or pursuit for greatness, the greater defamation you face. We must remain focused on the PURPOSE.

Sometimes when I read some stories, I really feel pity for these celebrities. Words are powerful and some people don't care who they hurt all because they have phone and can buy data.
Those bloggers are just the worst. Cooking up stories, spreading rumors and many more all to get likes and comment on their page.
Those who engage in cyber bullying should be arrested and dealt with accordingly.
I really feel for those public figures, it's not easy at all. I can't even begin to imagine what they face on a daily basis.

I wish we had social media police to help deal with all these people but sadly we don’t…
The whole paparazzi industry is an example of the deadly sins and how we should stay away from them as much as we can. I find one story out of a million to be interesting with their BS but a lot of it is just a complete invasion of privacy.
