Galen you are one of mine for my toast with butter or jam and that makes me happy even when I hardly go out to eat out, I love good service, polite and attentive to my wishes at the time and that brings a good % of the tip, when the service is poor I am very patient, rarely lose the glamour hahaha.

What if I never return to the place and before leaving I tell the manager in a low voice, "I will take care to tell my people to never come here because of the bad service".

Bad service should be rewarded with a lack of business which, eventually, will mean closure of the business. I'm not one to accept poor service and come back; I'd prefer to go out of my to avoid going back.

That's right Galen a bad service in a place like this where you went, and I have also had to live, that experience is closed only because people never come back. And when it snowballs, the bad reputation is the end of the business.
