In my opinion I think there are even more reasons why people feel disenfranchised, more than we actually know, and even more surprising reasons too. I think however, the more people who participate in electoral processes, the more credible and legitimate political leaders will be.
Yeah there are so many reasons people feel they don't matter or shouldn't get involved. It's a shame for sure because it is indeed important!
