I had many things that I really did not know, I had no idea of the existence of the use of beneficiaries in exchange for votes and yes, when I started on the platform I never imagined the use of negative votes. They should be used, yes, but not maliciously, the ideal would be to use it to deny plagiarism and rude content on the platform to maintain the blockchain as a platform that generates valuable content.
And about automated votes, I never agreed with them, manual curation generates more interaction between users, support and permanence on the platform. automated votes are for "muddling through"
