It's almost the same for me too son. Maybe you can try visiting the bookshops near you that let you sit there and read like And Or, Reading cafe or Batighar, Pathak shamabesh, bengal. Sip coffee there and read some books. Bengal boi has a nice arrangement actually.
I might give that a try mum. Go to one of those places alone and read. Some me time might lift things up a bit for me, who knows?
