It's more an exercise than anything. I might just print some author copies and sell them locally.

The above are all composition notebooks... Covers and lined paper, and none offer what I do, but I guess I'll figure out how to advertise that fact.

It's frustrating that you can't edit the title either.
I love the video you put up as a review. Something like that would certainly help it stand apart. However, you are right, the title, categories and keywords do the heavy lifting or not. Sucks if you can't update that.
As for not being an illustrator - are the interior illustrations also AI? Otherwise I'd say just make a collage out of those. Or - ask one of your artist friends here on Hive if they'd be able to work with you e.g. for a few Hive. There are a lot of good artists on Hive.
Anyways, I've ordered the book and once I have it a certain Kuwabara shall review it.
