I used your word, fuckzactly today after my annual Dr. exam. He said everything looks good but blood sugar was up a bit. No medicine, says he, but...maybe cut back on the carbs a bit. Of course, since the above conversation was still occupying my mind, I recalled your word and silently shouted it ...(not fuckzactly what I wanted to hear!) I told him that it's been so hot outside I haven't been doing my normal work, he said 'quit bullshitting me' ....I said 'how'd you get so smart?' We both laughed and I left, shedding a silent tear for my lost carbs.

Oh no!
Well, good on you for using the word, it's legit, but having to drop back on carbs...sucks. (this, from someone who has an extremely low carb intake and knows how sucky it can be.) best youbdonthe right thing though. Seems like we'll be able to split a scone instead of one each.
Halfsies on a scone??? I better make it big then hahaaa
I'm making pork fried rice for supper, kinda like a going away dinner lol. Recently I read (somewhere) that freezing your bread, rice and potatoes lowers the glycemic index when consequently consumed. Don't know if it's true, but is something I want to investigate further.
Lowering carb intake is difficult in today's society, eating out of home especially. I'm not sure about the freezing thing, I'd be interested to know more also.
There are times where I eat out for one reason or another, but it isn't that often. On those occasions I generally cut loose and order whatever trips my trigger. I will be digging more into the freezing of the starches. Hope it works lol
