Ohhhhh man - I never had bad experiences with DHL, except once where a package to @priyanarc got stolen right at the post office (so not really DHL's fault). I'd guess the real pain comes from the people working at the local shops and subsidiaries. Just to mention: A good salary and less burnout stress could help to raise service quality. I know a delivery guy (from DHL lol), and he burned out 2x already within 10 years, successfully fought against alcohol addiction (stress was a big reason for that) and is still working in these brutal conditions.
Good luck and lots of energy for whatever it takes to get those packages finally out of your sight. And then the waiting begins on my end xD
Also hoping no big company ever builds a web crawler to hunt down bad reviews on Hive haha
Those traumatic moments... 🙃
Completely agree with you on this! Paying 140 EUR for sending 2 boxes isn't a small amount of money, but I suppose that the smallest percentage goes to those who are actually picking up and delivering...
Can't solve their problems, but we have to draw a line somewhere... The problem is that these big companies will always find someone who will accept working for less...
If that happens, it would be a small win for HIVE! 😃 We will be visible! 😃
