One day I showed you the beginning of this fun holiday. Let me remind you that we visited old Vyborg and it turned out that the Baltic Rally started on that day. Hundreds of bikers came to the Market Square of the city, which was the main venue of the holiday. There were exhibitions, shopping malls, musicians and of course the bikers themselves on their steel stallions.
It was a hot sunny day and I don't really like noise. We took a little walk around the square, I took some photos and we went to the Monrepos Park. This park is good in any weather, but before we were always met there by rain.
This time the weather was wonderful for a walk and we got carried away until the evening. I have already shown this park in several posts and I will not repeat myself here. I'll just say it's beautiful.
Vyborg at night is even more mysterious than during the day. The darkness hides small details, and you perceive the city itself more voluminously. Your attention is not exchanged for individual details.
Meanwhile, the Market Square was living its life. And in this life there was loud music (I don't envy the residents of nearby houses who had to go to work in the morning), continued trade in food, souvenirs, various accessories, night entertainment... it's impossible to list everything.
If you wanted, you could leave here fully equipped as a biker. They could even leave here on their brand-new bike. If I was a little younger...
Evening amusements were added to the daytime ones. It is unlikely that there would be many people willing to pedal in the heat.
We were already going out to the embankment to the parking place, when suddenly a salute began over the water. If we had known about it earlier, we would have tried to take seats next to the water. But we were just in the square. We didn't see the reflection of the fireworks lights in the water (I think it was amazing), but it was also beautiful in the sky.
The camera shutter is too slow for a salute and the photo cannot convey all its beauty. This should be viewed in dynamics. That's why I show so many photos to somehow give you an idea of this salute.
It was a fitting end to a wonderful day. However, we had to drive about 70 km along the night road, which is in the process of repair.. But it didn't spoil our holiday.

I'm so glad you brought us back to the Baltic Rally and the beauty of the park. So many outfits we could buy, had we gotten a notion to be a biker that day. Those boots looked pretty nice!
Pedaling those bikes had to be a challenge, especially the balloon-clad tires. Glad you got to enjoy the park and too bad you didn't know about the celebration, you could have caught some amazing pictures of reflective nature.

Класно! Жизнь кипит. А у нас в нашем городишке на день города снова всё банально будет - концерт самодеятельностей разных... и в конце небольшой салют. Ах да... коммерсы будут шашлыки разогревать, да пьяные дядьки с тётками будут ходить.
В Выборге молодцы, там и турниры рыцарские бывают, вот теперь байкеры. Классный городишко, сегодня опять там были))
