Yeah, 100 X 100 = EXPENSIVE! Good thing you waited a bit on that price to drop. That's some fancy equipment they have there. Makes cleanup a breeze. Beautiful home, and no wonder you like to go there and clear your head. Looks like the perfect place to do just that.. Not to mention all of those fond memories it holds for you. Those bushes out by the front porch are crazy! They must be original to the home they are so big. hehe. At least there is an element of privacy while sitting there. Enjoy the protection of the new roof!!!
