Yes, our fasting season of Lent started three weeks ago and will be over on Easter morning, April 17th. I had to go back and read when Ramadan started and how they determined the date.
The date for Ramadan, also known as Ramazan or Ramzan, changes yearly because the Islamic calendar is based on the lunar cycle hence, its starting and end date depending upon the sighting of the crescent moon.
And now I am clear about it once again.
