RE: Market Friday Walk

in Market Friday4 years ago

Maize, corn or whatever a person calls it is so delicious, especially when it is freshly picked! This looked freshly picked and I will bet it was juicy and tasted the best!

It is really nice of you to support the smaller market so integral to the communities. I know that it is cheaper at the bigger markets where the farmers sell to the vendors, and the price is passed on to you, but, I also like to support the little guy when I can afford to.

I have a question. What is it on the stick below the Maize? I thought they were figs, but some were so much larger. Can you tell me what that is? :) I hope you got home before the rain came down on you!! It is always a pleasure to see you at #MarketFriday! Remember that you can go to the market any day, I just ask it to be posted on Friday or as close as possible so people can see them with all the others.

It is people like yourself that make this challenge successful! I love perusing the different cultures around the globe! It has been a fun experience! In case you forgot anything or anyone is reading this and is curious about it, this will clear that up!

Fridays are all about the #MarketFriday Challenge!

How to Participate:

Go to the market! Any market will do! Food, clothing, plant, or animal, if you wish. You can go to the zoo, an art auction, and restaurants. Anywhere or anything that you pay money for any kind of service.
Take pictures! Be creative! It’s fun!
Tell us a little bit about the market, what brought you here?
Post the picture.(s)
Don’t forget to use the MarketFriday Community #196308 to post from or hashtag it! #MarketFriday by @dswigle If you hashtag it, drop the link to your post here so I can easily find them.

Those are the cheapest set of fish in the market. I guess its cheep because it has so many bones in it. Persons like me don't really like it because of the bones.
Its called "ibad" in my local dialect.

Thanks so much for the !tip.
I feel so honored

I'm with you on that. I like to filet.
