Homemade guacamole is the best! I had no idea you could put cream cheese in it! I am glad you had a great birthday and yes, eventually we do run into each other, but, dang! I wish I had the extra time that so many have. I must be doing something wrong! I am so out of time!
I do love this recipe and I know that Friday night is going to be a pizza night. I had bagged the cauliflower and froze in a bad, three pizzas to a bag, so half the work is cut out!
