Welcome to another blog from me. As some of you might not know, this coming Saturday, November 19, is our Malaysian General Election (GH15), and our government has declared a public holiday from November 18–19.
Almost everywhere I go, people are just out and spending their day off with their friends and family. It's just great to see everybody being happy and having the time of their lives.
Me and my mother were out for lunch at noon before we decided to go grocery shopping, so we went to fill up our stomachs and went to our normal spots to find food.

I decided to take a walk around the area, then decided which restaurant might catch my eye.

We decided to have our lunch here. Are you a dim sum lover? I am !!😁✌️.
And I'm glad they opened a new branch near my residence. This is what they have in stores.

After lunch, we went to Bataras Hypermart Sandakan to buy our groceries. It is not our everyday grocery store because it is miles away from our residents. But a change might be good.
And just having to check the prices and compare them to our favourite grocery stores might bring some benefits, as the power of buying is increasing each day and prices are getting higher.

While searching for our list to buy things, I took a few pictures of what they have in store for us. They have various things and brands to buy. And at the same time, I am comparing the prices of each item with those of other stores. Don't you all do the same? Check the prices and compare.😁✌️
Christmas Tree & Christmas decoration
Even though I didn't celebrate Christmas, my other family members do. As we are a multiracial country, we Malaysian will have the benefit of the Christmas season and a joyful day. Just looking at the decorations makes me happy.
We strolled along all the aisles of the store and picked up some of our needed groceries and our favourite snacks. We didn't buy much from this store, as we preferred to buy it at our favourite stores nearby.
What more could you ask for just by looking at this huge store? Everything you wanted and needed was displayed nicely and tidily. I love this store for its huge space and its cleanliness. Each path you stroll will have goods on each side.

After our purchases, we went straight back home around 3 p.m. And we decided to buy the other groceries at our nearby resident's store by night.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's elections because it will be my first time voting. Why am I doing this for the first time?
Because I was travelling and working. With these possibilities, I am looking forward to the day, and I may have something interesting to say about the elections tomorrow. We'll see how things go.

Though, sometimes I forget that I have to do the grocery the day before, and it the stores are closed, then it is interesting lol
Yes, and I am excited to know the result. I went out to vote this afternoon, and it was my first time voting. Btw, most stores are open here even though it's a public holiday.
