Dollar Tree Time

in Market Friday • 4 years ago

I went to the Dollar tree 💵💵🌴🌴 in Grand Bend. The store is bigger than most I have seen. The Halloween merchandise is starting to be replaced by Christmas stuff ⛄⛄⛄

SHAUN!!! @shaunf It has been a while since I have seen your brand of artistry! I have missed it. Most of the Dollar Trees that I am familiar with a small store in remote places where nobody else is. It is a good method. I suppose the big stores would do well, people like to save money.

I cannot believe that Halloween is already being replaced, but, that is probably the way of the world, isn't it? We skip holidays or we just put up Halloween through Christmas in one aisle! I sure do like the little Santa cups. I have always wanted one of those! There is something forgiving about putting up Christmas early. Maybe because I love it so! :) I want to thank you for taking the time to make a post and remember to link the post once I get mine up in a little while, so people can see your post.

#MarketFriday has evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact of what is normal for where you live? These are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I can only hope this to be true.

Fridays are all about the #MarketFriday Challenge! Looking to take part in it? Here is how:
