Herbs Market)

in Market Friday11 months ago (edited)

Friday has become #market day at Hive. Dear @dswigle follows interesting posts about what services are being sold in various markets of the whole world. I recommend you to follow them as well because there you will get interesting information about the services that are sold all over the world. If you also have a post about your shopping, you can share your posts in the #MarketFriday Community)) This time I want to share with you about a wonderful herb market. I think the most herbs are in the mountains. Whenever we go to the mountains for vacation, we always bring back some herbs. We also stopped by the herb market when we went on a family vacation last month. There were various herbs and other health products. Each herb has a brief written description of its useful properties, and which diseases it treats. If you have any disease, ask the seller and he will definitely choose the right herb for you.

In addition to herbs, there were also my favorite dry quruts))

What is qurut made of? Qurt, also called qurut or kurt, derives from the word for “dry” in many Turkic languages and is made by straining fermented milk from a sheep, goat, cow, camel, or mare until it's thick enough to be rolled into balls and dried in the sun.
As you can see, there are many types of qurut. They differ depending on whether they are big or small and whether some herbs are added to them.
Cheese isn't a product that's prepared from ancient times here, maybe it is prepared, but no one called it cheese. This is when cow's butter is released after being stored in mountain caves for a year. The seller says that it is rich in various vitamins and is especially useful for allergic diseases. I looked it as cheese, don't know again))

At the end I want to share a mountain photo with you for feeling that atmosphere))

Oh, I would love to breathe in the aroma of those herbs. That smell captivates me whenever I have the opportunity to enjoy it. 😃

Thank you)) yes there was special mixed herbs tea, you should try them))

This was so interesting! I was fascinated by the qurut and how it was made. I have personally never seen it or tasted it, but, I would definitely give it a try! Does the cow's butter have a name? You are right, it looks like cheese to me, but, the process is different.

Thank you for sharing this with us.

I can see why you go up here on vacation! What a beautiful place!

#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, and eventually branched out and evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, and even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact that these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world.

Thank you for being a part of #MarketFriday*

Thank you for finding time to read))
Seller called it just butter as I know. May be I couldn't remember. It was the first time I see it.

That's okay. I was just curious. Thank you so much. Haveca wonderful week ahead.
