Tips about Menstruation.

in StemSocial2 years ago

Menstruation is a woman's monthly bleeding. When you menstruate, your body sheds the lining of the uterus (womb). Menstrual blood flows from the uterus through the small opening in the cervix and passes out from the body through the vagina. In fact, menstruation is one of a woman's system. And researchers made it clear that regular intake of aloe vera juice helps the body to maintain regular menstruation cycle.

THE DELAYED MENSTRUATION

Suffering of delayed periods may disturb the normal functioning of the body. Once in a while, late periods may not be a problem but regular.
HOME REMEDIES FOR DELAYED PERIODS.

  1. Regularly, take the juice of black grape, however, in summer months, stick to one glass a day.
  2. Make some radish seed paste and mix it with one glass of buttermilk. Drink one glass everyday.
  3. Take bitter gourd juice twice a day.
  4. Drink cane juice for two weeks before the periods due date.

MENSTRUAL CYCLE.

The menstrual cycle is the time from the first day of a woman's menstruation to the day before her next menstruation. The menstrual cycle is the series of changes a woman's body goes through to prepare for a pregnancy. About once a month, the uterus grows a new lining (endometrium) to get ready for a fertilized egg.
When there's no fertilized egg to start a pregnancy, the uterus sheds it's lining. This is the monthly menstrual bleeding ( also called menstruation) that women have from their early teen years until menopause, around age of 50.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE.

  1. Two ovaries ( where eggs are stored, develop and are released).
  2. The womb (uterus), where egg are fertilized implants, and a pregnancy grows.
  3. The fallopian tubes, two thin tubes which connect the ovaries to the womb.
  4. The cervix, the lower part of the womb that connects to the vagina, a tube of muscle connecting the cervix to the outside of the body.

OVULATION.

Ovulation is the movement of egg from the ovaries (the organs that produce eggs) into the fallopian tubes. There, a sperm cell can fertilize the egg, which could then move into the uterus, or womb, and develop into a fetus. Many people mistakenly believe ovulation always happens exactly 14 days after a woman's last period. But the timing varies for each woman, usually falling between days 11 and 21 of the menstrual cycle.
