Ovulate?
Yes! the female will still ovulate because ovulation comes from the ovaries and not the uterus, so, if the hysterectomy was basically the simple hysterectomy and not with the removal of ovaries called total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo oophorectomy, the woman will keep ovulating.
Menstruating?
Nah! The female can't menstruate again...
Remember the menstruation you see is from the breakdown of layers of the endometrium of uterus and you already removed that so there's no menstruation after hysterectomy
