RE: Can We Match AI On Hard Skills?

in StemSocial3 years ago

I used to believe that when it comes to reasoning, humans were vastly superior to AI and that's where AI's limitations lay. However, recent technological advancements have enabled humanoids and even generative AI's like ChatGPT to think and reason more precisely. Based on these changes, it seems unlikely that we will be able to surpass AI in this area.

Yes, I also had that assumption that AI won't easily break past that area as it requires connecting the dots to create something entirely new but AI somehow beats us to the task.

I'm a bit worried that half a decade or a decade from now, AI could surpass other areas that we're currently only good at like sentimentality or the personal touch.
Thanks for stopping by :)
