Eat your Egg.

As much as it could be harmful in elderly, due to other risk factors for non communicable disease like hypertension and coronary artery disease, the egg is also a rich protein and affordable protein source needed in the young.
There are more harmful food sources we eat often than the innocent egg.
More so it has the "good" amount of cholesterol, attack the cheese and butter eaters.

@mularh 's post was more specific on elderly where lipids are dangerous when in excess,.. It is adviced that from 40 upwards, a bit more care be taken on what we eat.

However, too much of everything is not good, an egg a day I propose.

I m pretty sure you can look up good reasons to eat egg.

Research keeps going on anyway.
