Revisando mi teléfono, me encontré con algunas fotografías tomadas hace unos meses y el año pasado, de cuando estaba rotando por el servicio de Cirugía General en el Hospital Central de Valencia Estado Carabobo.
Checking my phone, I came across some photographs taken a few months ago and last year, from when I was rotating through the General Surgery service at the Central Hospital of Valencia Carabobo State.
Aunque Cirugía no es mi clínica favorita, debo admitir que estos casos clínicos me impresionaron bastante, ya que era ( en su mayoría) la primera vez que veía algo así.
Although Surgery is not my favorite clinic, I must admit that I was quite impressed by these clinical cases, as it was (for the most part) the first time I had seen anything like this.
Una herida cortante un poco complicada para afrontarla (a mi parecer) , y difícil de suturar, recuerdo que era un paciente joven de 30 años de edad, de profesión carnicero, cuya herida se había hecho durante su jornada laboral.
A cutting wound a bit complicated to deal with (in my opinion), and difficult to suture, I remember that it was a young 30-year-old patient, by profession butcher, whose wound had been made during his working day.

¡Sí! Es un útero, aunque no lo parezca, ya que no es ni cerca a como los muestran en los libros de Anatomía y Ginecología . Las trompas de falopio sólo puede observarse una sola y muy poco, obviamente esto es una histerectomía, aunque no recuerdo mucho de esta paciente o por qué se la hicieron.
Yes! It is a uterus, although it does not look like it, since it is not even close to how they are shown in the Anatomy and Gynecology books. Only one of the fallopian tubes can be seen and very little, obviously this is a hysterectomy, although I don't remember much about this patient or why it was done.
Estas pequeñas piedras que observan, son cálculos que se encontraban alojadas en una vesícula, es decir era una Litiasis vesicular, y más no me equivoco estos Cálculos eran puros, es decir de colesterol únicamente.

Bueno, por último observan a un compañero suturando, recuerdo que para esa ocasión nos encontrábamos en el servicio de traumatología, y que este paciente ingresó por una colisión moto- vehículo.

¡Madre Santa! No sé como no me desmayé viendo las imágenes jaja. De verdad que te admiro, primita, a ti y a todos los que como tú deciden estudiar esa noble profesión.
jajajaja no te creas, a mi también se me hace difícil ver o hacer una cura a esas heridas, por eso no me gusta cirugía
