For the random Johnny, every sickness and infection can be treated with antibiotics. That power that Fleming gave to all of us but then they forget that for every time you are using the wrong drug to treat the wrong illness, especially antibiotics, you are training the microbes there to be resistant to it on the day it would be needed.
