I still saw this insect around here yesterday. we call it praying mantis here. This is quite an interesting piece on the insect.

Hi @gentleshaid, I hadn't seen this insect for a while, around here we also call it praying mantis (mantis religiosa in Spanish), but it's funny that "Mantis religiosa" is the genus and species of one of these insects.
