The comment was programmed into a bot and it's kinda obsolete. The proposal seems to have been withdrawn as dev works have been suspended on the app. The founder has been very busy since the turn of the pandemic. Hopefully, things will change in the nearest future.

Thanks for explaining what's up. I saw in the Discord that the app development had stalled and wasn't working anymore. Too bad. They should at least update the bot message.
