Mini sparks discovered in the atmosphere of Mars.

The image published by NASA on December 2 is from an investigation into lightning on Mars, which are actually mini discharges, but many and are therefore associated with dust storms and whirlpools or dust devils, which they are also called.

The statement is from two days ago, but the study was published on November 26 in the journal Nature and led by French scientists who analyzed the Rover's microphone recordings, which also included an earthquake detector, in those recordings they detected 55 electrical discharges in 28 hours of audio and they were not lightning bolts like storms here on Earth, but rather mini lightning bolts or sparks that reached a few centimeters similar to a static discharge, producing sounds like a pop or a crack.

And it is believed that they are produced precisely by these dust storms and by these devils, what I wonder is that this microphone has not yet caught a global dust storm, they occur more or less approximately every 2 years and in a global dust storm perhaps much larger discharges are produced, it would be very interesting to be able to analyze that, by the way, I am remembering that we have almost two years or almost 3 years without detecting a global dust storm.

Keep in mind that the Martian atmosphere is in density like the Earth's atmosphere, but at about 50,000 meters high, and at 50,000 m high there are still some clouds and in fact in the areas of the volcanoes, the gigantic volcanoes, clouds also form from time to time.

The Martian atmosphere is very annoying because on the one hand it is very weak, it has very little thickness, it has very little density, so if you send a ship you cannot use a parachute properly, you have to use a very large parachute to be able to make the ship brake when re-entry, but at the same time it has enough density to burst the ship if it enters without any type of braking, so it is quite annoying, that is also why they usually send the ships, I think all, to the northern hemisphere, except for some small cases. Because? Because the northern hemisphere gives the impression that there was an ancient ocean there and on average it is about 2 km deep, which is the average for Mars, which gives you another 2 km to brake the ship you are commanding.

From time to time there are clouds of water vapor, there is some water vapor, but almost the entire Martian atmosphere is CO2, there is practically no oxygen and then the rest is traces, traces of oxygen, traces of methane, which has given researchers a lot of headaches because some say it may be of biological origin, but only slightly.
