By the way, did you know that grass for forage purposes becomes a real problem in Europe, due to the very high temperatures we got during the summer. This is already yielding a reduced production of several animal-based products (like meat, milk, etc.), and it is not clear about how this will evolve in the future. We will thus see... Hopefully alternatives will be found.
