Sleep has never been a problem to me but most people around me usually have issues with sleep. In as much as I sleep very well, I also experience nightmares. Trust me it's usually stressful having nightmares late at night and it's never a welcoming experience as I tend to stay awake thinking what could cause that dream but all to no avail I would still not have a clue of where it's coming from. Reading this article now reminds me that I was seriously in stress then. I would learn how to manage my stress though so I could limit the rate of nightmares. Come to think of it as a nurse, stress is our surname😂😂😂 as you can't run from it but I would try my best. Thank you for the article ☺️☺️☺️
