The rate of stroke is increasing day by day. One of the main reasons for this can be lack of physical activity although there are many other reasons which will be discussed below. People are not so careful about stroke. After stroke, it becomes very difficult to save the patient and one has to live with many problems, so one should know about this deadly disease.

Our brain is spread like a network of veins. A stroke occurs when blood flow to the brain is blocked or a blood vessel leaks. Stroke is usually of two types 1. Ischemic stroke 2. Hemorrhagic stroke. As a result of a stroke, oxygen and nutrients do not reach the brain tissue, so the brain cells start dying within a few minutes. Again, if the blood vessels leak, the blood pressure increases and the brain cells die.

High blood pressure is an important risk factor for stroke because people who eat too much can develop high blood pressure. So eat less and control high blood pressure.

Anxiety can cause stroke. Worrying increases inflammation in the arteries, which hardens the blood vessels, thereby obstructing blood flow. So stay cool

Uncontrolled diabetes and high cholesterol in the blood can lead to stroke. Both of these problems can be reduced by physical activity.

Eat balanced meals. Eat less of the foods that cause problems such as fatty foods and stop overeating.

Stop smoking because nicotine is a cause of stroke. People who drink alcohol are also at risk of stroke. So stop drinking alcohol and smoking completely. Intoxicants are only harmful.

The symptoms that can be seen in the case of stroke are that any part of the body can be paralyzed and there can be nausea. Since it is a problem of the brain, there will be severe headache. The patient will see blurred vision. The patient cannot stand. The patient may lose consciousness and become drowsy.

As soon as these symptoms appear, the patient should be taken to the hospital immediately and treated immediately. Consult a specialist doctor.

As stroke is a life-threatening disease, avoid all the factors that lead to stroke. Eating excess food is not good for health and drugs are harmful in every way So they should be avoided by everyone. As soon as you see the symptoms of high blood pressure in the body, try to bring it under control. Do not let any disease enter your body. Stay healthy.
