I would like to mention the potential changes in appearance due to beard or clothes. As a biological age is a matter of judgement (according to what you write), such factors should have an impact, shouldn't they?
Yes, you are right, many believe and it appears that keeping beard and wearing big clothes do make one appears old but I think it is not a constant factor like the aforementioned factors among people. In fact, many people look beautiful and young with clean beard.

Just got rid of most my beard a few weeks ago. I am now 34 again ;)
Lol, 34 indeed and that made me remember my late dad of blessed memory, during his late years, he used to shave his beard till people started calling him young man, some even said he looked younger than me because I used to keep beard, but death doesn't consider his young look before he took him away from us.
Death always knows when it is one's turn, regardless of appearance. There is only one certainty in life, this will happen at some time, which is why we need to do as much good as possible before our time ends.
