Looking at myself in the mirror one faithful day, realizing how much I have aged, I wondered, is it possible to never age? Of course I am not a vampire like fiction and myth would allow us to believe, but then, What if I never age? or maybe that is too much to ask for, What if I age a lot slower compared to all of humanity ? What are the possibilities? Are there drugs, or things I can do ? Well let's find out

As you age, it's important to keep your mind active and healthy. Some people do this is by taking anti-aging drugs, I think anti-aging drugs is a well known fact.

Now results from research have proven that anti-aging drugs are designed to improve cognitive function and protect the brain from damage. They can help to improve memory, focus, and creativity. But my question ⁉️ is - At what cost? At what cost? Consider the law of cause and effect or the scientific law " for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction". Is there an underlying price that is being paid ?

How Do They Affect Cognitive Fitness?

Cognitive fitness is the ability to think clearly and remember things. A number of things you can do to improve your cognitive fitness, including: Regular exercise, good sleep habit, reading, stress reduction, solving puzzles and so on.

Types of Anti-Aging Drugs

Anti-Aging Drugs are of three main types: hormone therapy, stem cell therapy, and gene therapy.

Hormone therapy involves replacing hormones that are lost as a person ages.

Stem cell therapy involves using stem cells to repair damaged tissues.

And gene therapy involves altering a person’s genes to slow down the aging process.

All of these therapies have been shown to be effective in slowing down the aging process. However, they are still in the early stages of development and are not widely available yet.

What Is the Research really Telling Us About Anti-Aging Drugs and Cognitive Fitness?

The evidences showing that anti-aging drugs and cognitive fitness have the potential to slow down the aging process is growing.

In multiple studies, researchers have seen a reduction in age-related symptoms of fatigue, frailty, and cognition in those who take such medications.

There are a few great and recommended methods for optimizing cognitive fitness and memory. Meditation and mindfulness are both incredibly valuable tools for improving focus, reducing stress, and improving your ability to recall things. Exercising regularly is also incredibly important for increasing blood and oxygen flow to the brain. Interesting topic.
Notice that your links don't point to the source you want to cite directly, but to Google and Google in turn redirects you to that site. Do you enter those sites or you just copy and paste from a Google search?

Yeah, first I enter the site, when I see it gives the information I need, I go back to Google and prefer to copy it through its Google search result, I notice that this reduces the cases of an invalid link or the link giving an error code.

You shouldn't do that, it just looks bad and could even suggest what I said. You could insert links like this or like this:

Anti-aging therapy through fitness enhancement

Yeah, the last thing I want is for it to look bad. I understand

Thanks
