Ignore... it's from the ingame wallet and I did not understood. Was thinking that the tokens would need to be in HE instead... and that's why I was asking about why that kind of broadcast.
Suggestion... Maybe add on that page (https://splintershare.info/donate.php) that the DEC needs to be ingame?
