An Australian Senator, right leaning, was on Bannon's War Room, https://warroom.org, this afternoon. He said it is not "mandated", but they get around that by social pressures, fines, etc. So while technically not mandated, your screwed if you don't participate. I pray Australia doesn't fall to this totalitarianism because it will spread like wildfire through the West.
