From the perspective that it's not right for anyone to be controlling other people and that the 'science' backing lockdowns and control is shoddy, they have a point - but there's no way to escape the hypocrisy and lies of the situation.

Even from that perspective, if the person you voted in is there because you trust the instructions they give (based on the advise they receive from their scientific advisors), then proceeds to break their own rules, how can anyone trust what they say going forward and think it's "all OK"? It doesn't make sense to me
