It’s absolutely true: for a dream to be a nightmare, it doesn’t need to feature monsters or strange, terrifying creatures; rather, it’s what we feel in the dream. I always say that those emotions are what matter when it comes to picking up on clues or messages within them.
In this case, I think you and your sisters are right; your subconscious was warning you that you were drifting too far away but that, for some reason, you shouldn’t do so. Imagine that your brain created a dream in which you were so far away that you didn’t realise your family had moved, or something worse.

Es totalmente cierto, no es necesario, para que sea una pesadilla, que en un sueño haya monstruos o seres extraños y horribles, sino lo que sentimos en el sueño, siempre digo que esas emociones son las importantes para detectar claves o mensajes en ellos.
En este caso creo que tus hermanas y vos tienen razón, tu inconsciente te avisaba que te estabas alejando mucho pero que por alguna razón no debías hacerlo. Imagina que tu cerebro creo en sueños que estabas tan alejada que no supiste que tu familia se mudo, o algo peor.
