Hello hive!,today I decided to talk a little more and deeply about my lovely and baby cat, named Ramón.
I am going to beging saying that until the year of 2019 I was not a cat lover AT ALL, I used to believe (being ignorant) that cats were indifferents to the human’s love and care. Everything changed, when a day of that year I was going to a concert where I had to play according to the presentations of the Ballet The Cascanueces at the Teresa Carreño Theater on Cracas City, it was like 2 afternoon. That was when I saw him for the first time.
A couple of meters of my house, there he was, very tiny and hungry, since the first time I saw him I loved it, and yes, I know that I say that I was not a cat lover until that day, but I mean that I didn’t like cats to have it as pets, but they always have been adorable for me.
I felt sad in that time for the death of our last pet Noa (a sad history that I would tell after), I didn’t insist too much and I left him where I found it.
What I didn’t know at that momento was that my sister was going to call me to say that, or consult me that, we were going to adopt our beloved Ramón. That call was unexpected, because my sister didn’t use to love pets so much but I wonder he cautivated her too.

It was hard at the beggining because Chiquita didn’t like him too much and they use to fight a lot but as time went by they loved each other deeply.
Since the time he arrive at the house and started ti fit in with Chiquita, he became the owner of the house, everyone make all that he wants.
He is a very particular cat, very dominant. At the mornings, he wakes up very early and start crying asking for his breakfast, he can cry, jump on top of you, or stracht you until you wake up and feed him.
During the day, well, he makes cat stuff haha, he sleeps, he chase birds, he plays with Chiquita and he is always being the cutest thing in the world.

Moreover, is right to say that he has a very trong relationship with Chiquita, at the ponit that we believe that Chiquita believes that she is his mom and Ramon thinks that Chiquita is his pet, haha, en yes, thats how dominant he is!.
Something VERY CRAZY that Ramon does is that he use to lick my deck before to sleep evry night, is like a ritual that he has, and now he is 2 years old he continues doing it, only God know why!.
His favorites foods are meat, fishes, beans, chicken and yucca.
His favorite person is me, of course, haha, he loves to cuddle with me at night and give me kisses from time to time, plus my family tells me that when I don't sleep at home, it makes disasters, to the point of knocking over things that lie on ledges and cry all night. He loves me very much, as well as I love him.

Hola! el día de hoy quiero contarles más a fondo a cerca de mi pequeño bebé Ramón.
Voy a iniciar diciendo que hasta el año 2019 yo no era PARA NADA una persona amante de los gatos, siempre creí (dentro de mi ignorancia) que eran animales sumamente indiferentes a la atención humana. Todo esto cambió cuando un día en diciembre de este año, eran aproximadamente las 2 de la tarde, cuando me disponía a salir de mi casa a un concierto en el cual debía tocar referente a las presentaciones anuales del ballet orquestado ‘’El Cascanueces’’ en el Teatro Teresa Carreño ubicado en la ciudad de Caracas.
Fue ese día cuando lo encontré por primera vez, a unas cuadras de mi casa, esquelético y hambriento, desde la primera vez que lo ví me encantó, y si, ya se que había dicho que no me gustaban los gatos, pero no me gustaban para tenerlos como mascota por las razones que ya dí, pero su apariencia siempre me pareció adorable.

Al momento que mi mamá lo vió, comenzó a decirme que ‘’NO’’ desesperadamente, porque en mi casa tengo la fama de recoger a cualquier perrito que vea malherido por ahí con la intención de adoptarlo jajaja, y mi mamá, como cualquier madre racional le preocupa que podamos mantener a tantos animales.
Como me sentía un poco triste por lo que había ocurrido a mi perrita anterior, Noa, (una triste historia que luego contaré) me daba miedo encariñarme con otra mascota, así que no insistí mucho y lo coloqué nuevamente en donde lo había encontrado.
Lo que yo no sabía ni esperaba era que más tarde ese mismo día mi hermana me haría una llamada para decirme, o más bien, consultarme, que íbamos a adoptar a Ramón. Fue algo un poco inesperado, ya que mi hermana no se caracteriza por simpatizar mucho con los animales, pero, supongo que también la cautivó.
Fue una adaptación un poco dura al principio debido a que Chiquita no lo aceptó en primera instancia y no fue hasta tres o cuatro días después que dejaron de pelearse.
Desde el momento en que llegó y logró adaptarse a Chiquita y a la casa, se convirtió en el dueño de la casa, todos hacemos y dejamos de hacer según lo que él decide.
Es un gatico muy particular, bastante dominante, durante las mañanas, se despierta muy temprano comienza a llorar demandando su desayuno, salta encima de ti, llora, rasguña y hace todo lo necesario para que te levantes de la cama.
Durante el día, pues, hace cosas de gato jaja, dormir, perseguir pájaros, jugar con su mejor amiga Chiquita y ser lo más adorable del mundo.
Es prudente mencionar que tiene una conexión muy fuerte con Chiquita, al punto en que en mi casa creemos que Chiquita piensa que Ramón e su hijo, así como también pensamos que Ramón cree que Chiquita es su mascota jajaja , porque sí, así de dominante es.
Durmiendo juntos
Algo LOQUÍSIMO que tiene Ramón y que no deja de sorprenderme, es una maña que tiene por lamer mi cuello como un ritual antes de dormir, simplemente como si fuese su madre y se estuviese alimentando de mi cuello jaja. A este punto ya tiene casi 2 años y continúa haciéndolo, Dios sabrá por qué.
Sus comidas favoritas son las sardinas, el bistec, el pollo, las patas de pollo, las caraotas y la yuca.
Su persona favorita soy yo, por supuesto, jaja, le encanta acurrucare conmigo en la noche y darme besitos de vez en cuando, además de que mi familia me cuenta que cuándo no duermo en casa, hace desastres, al punto de tumbar las cosas que se encuentran en repisas y llorar toda la noche, me ama mucho, así como yo a él. Otra actividad que usualmente hacemos juntos es comer, jaja, como la dama y el vagabundo (literalmente). Bueno hive, hasta aquí llega la presentación un poco más a fondo de mi querido bebé, espero la hayas disfrutado, y su hermosa carita te haya cautivado tanto como a mí (es imposible que no) Hasta pronto!.

El gato más lindo del mundo ❤️ todavía me acuerdo de lo pequeñito que era cuándo llegó y lo indefenso que se veía. Siempre me hace muy feliz saber que Ramón cayó en unas manos tan buenas (sería mejor si estuviera conmigo pero bueno)

Yo pensaba igual que tú, pensaba que los gatos eran completamente independientes y ajenos a las caricias, hasta que Baloo llegó a mi vida. Afortunadamente, Ramón también consiguió una linda mamá cariñosa cono tú. Felicidades, preciosa!

Esta misma situación le ocurre a muchas personas. Creemos no tener afinidad con los animalitos pero luego resulta lo contrario. Nunca dejes a tu mascota desprotegida. En caso de no poder ofreciendo tu hospitalidad, ofrécele hogar a través de otras personas. Éxito!! Tienes una hermosa mascota.
Gracias! si, totalmente de acuerdo, literalmente me parece que las mascotas al adoptarlas ya son mas que nuestros hijos, y debemos velar por su bienestar hasta su muerte, además de ser un placer tenerlos en nuestras vidas :)

Certainly Ramon is quite a character...
I also see my cat and I think she is more human than me, since she does many things that normally one does and even puts her own touch and it looks better on her.
