Flexing My Death Survivor Little Kitty

in Hive Pets2 years ago (edited)

Good day for all Hive pert lovers! I'm glad to find this community, then I can share my little kitty battle of life story. My little kitty name is But'z a short term in the Bisaya language, meaning "Blind'. Yes at first he was blind he can't see anything and he just stays in one place all the time and so weak , we thought that he will not make it.

But'z was our 3rd adopted cat. We have him when he was 2 months old, but due to he did not receive a dawning that cause him an eye infection till it worst that becomes bigger that his eyes is almost coming out. I tried to make a warm compress to his eyes everyday, but it didn't help to reduce his big infected eyes.

My heart is aching when I see Buts in that situation that he seems to weak and helpless. I gave my full love and attention to take care of him. None of our family pays attention to him so I'm trying my best to save his life.

I posted him at social media page asking for help if what remedies I can do for him to cure his popping eyes it really does looks so odd. I was told in a comment that He will not survive just like her cat. She told me that my kitty eyes will pop out very soon and will leads into bleeding.

I was also told to bring my little kitty to the Vet but I do not have any funds to bring But'z to a private vet so I tried my luck to find a public veterinary. Yet I found a public veterinary, the vet said that he will no longer survive with the medication because the eye of my little kitty is extremely looks so bad.

Yet they told me that my cat can undergo an eye surgery, but there is no assurance that he will survive because of buts (My cat) is still 3 months old he is not that strong, but if he will survive, he is totally blind for the rest of his life because the vet will take out the infected popping eye of the cat.

I told the vet that I agree with the operation even though it may lead into death of my cat. At least I have done all what I can do. At the moment the vet gave an antibiotic for the preparation of my cat eye operation after a week.

I brought the cat back home and feed him, In the next day I was surprised that my cat right eye big popping eye is getting less than before it seems slowly getting cured. So I focus to gave inject him antibiotic twice a day plus antibiotic eye drops twice a day also.

It didn't cure that fast but at least there is an improvement. After 3 weeks of continuing treatment and care finally my little cat eye is cured even if the right eye looks unusual, but at least he can see now and actively playing with the other cat.

I'm so happy that my little kitty had made it! It feels so good to save a little kitty life. Thank you so much for reading my post I hope that my little kitty finds you inspiring to be strong to survive.
