I haven't abandoned these efforts. I just have not been able to bring myself to post, because it feels so hopeless usually.
There is hardly any help here for these animals. Hardly anybody who cares. And the people who do have an organization to help, ¡bless their hearts!... They only have sufficient funding and volunteers to offer help with finding adoptive home after the critters are grown, vaccinated, castrated already..
They can help with paying for castrations and that's great. But i don't have the ability to keep them at my home and care for them until they can be adopted. If you follow any of my posts about Lovey:

.... Bueno your know that it is not feasible to bring home new pups and kitties temporarily... If I had the help of other people...i mean somebody live-in... Because these pups would need care throughout the night even...
Then we would likely need to another building or two to house then.. Quarantine for some.. As you can see for example, these puppies have some kind of infection on their skin. I think it is probably sarna or ringworm or both.. But I'm not sure
These pups are at the house of my cuñada, where there seems to be an endless flow of puppies thrown out into the woods in bags. The littlest one, seems to need extra medical attention.. He cries randomly.. Yells out in pain.
Since last sharing on this account there have been several other puppies I've tried to help here. And then they were just gone. Not because anybody adopted them.
Then there is the cat of the very humble neighbors who they want gone, because she steals food. I tried to find somebody to care for her temporarily. I don't know a lot of people.. The Man who i asked loves cats, which is rare enough.. But he is also in super humble conditions and has six cats and six little dogs already and so he had to decline. I'm afraid to ask about the kitty now.
With these pups here, I'm going to try to bring them some antiparasitics and see if i can enroll somebody who has a vehicle/license to bring them to the clinic. We'll see what i can swing.

.... Bueno tu sabes que no es factible traer a casa nuevos cachorros y gatitos temporalmente.... Si tuviera la ayuda de otras personas...es decir alguien que viviera en casa.... Porque estos cachorros necesitarían cuidados en toda la noche incluso....
Entonces probablemente necesitaríamos otro edificio o dos para albergar entonces.. Cuarentena para algunos.. Como se puede ver, por ejemplo, estos cachorros tienen algún tipo de infección en la piel. Creo que es probablemente sarna o tiña o ambos ... Pero no estoy seguro
Estos cachorros están en la casa de mi cuñada, donde parece haber un flujo interminable de cachorros arrojados al bosque en bolsas. El más pequeño, parece necesitar atención médica extra.. Llora al azar.. Grita de dolor.
Desde la última vez que compartí en esta cuenta ha habido varios otros cachorros que he tratado de ayudar aquí. Y luego simplemente se fueron. No porque nadie los adoptara.
Luego está la gata de los vecinos muy humilde que quieren que se vaya, porque roba comida. He intentado encontrar a alguien que la cuide temporalmente. No conozco a mucha gente.. El hombre al que le pregunté ama gatos, lo cual es bastante raro aca .. Pero él también está en condiciones humildes y tiene seis gatos y seis perros pequeños ya y por lo que tuvo que declinar. Ahora me da miedo preguntar por la gatita.
Con estos cachorros aquí, voy a intentar llevarles antiparasitarios y a ver si puedo apuntar a alguien que tenga vehículo/licencia para llevarlos a la clínica. Veremos que puedo conseguir.

My pup I adopted a little over a month ago had had to take antiparasitics, too. I hope it works out for your pups.
