Mingming is her name, and she can't be bothered even if its raining

Its been raining so heavily here in the Philippines and yet this little bossy cat can't be bothered from her sleep. According to the engineer of the building where I'm currently residing, Mingming has been here even before the building has been bought by the new owner. Shes the gatekeeper and guardian of this place.And by any means she can't be bothered
