Very cute! Our dog will not lay in our yard at all. She will lay down in the yard at my inlaws and she will do it while we are camping, but at our house she needs to be right next to us or up on the deck in our face panting the whole time. She has some massive separation anxiety issues. She was a rescue, so it doesn't shock me too much. She just hit 12 years old this year. Molly sound pretty perfect to me!

Awww.. Poor girl. Separation anxiety sucks for both the dog and the human. yikes. Well hopefully at 12 her breath is not so bad yet, since she is panting in your face.. lol. Molly pants in our face (and her breath sucks) whenever there is a thunderstorm. That's always lovely.
Sadly, Jovi has pretty horrible breath too. It's really bad when we have a storm at night because then she jumps on the bed and pants. It feels more like an earthquake than a thunderstorm!
Guess we made the right choice in adopting a 7 pound dog. 😆
