Greetings, dear community! 🙏🏼 💕
What cat doesn't love looking out the window? I think one of the favorite pastimes for indoor cats is spending time gazing at the view through the glass.
My little cat Mitchu is incredibly restless—well, she’s so young that she just wants to enjoy life. These past few weeks have been a bit tough for her; we’ve moved to a new place, and she doesn't have the same freedom she used to. Now, she spends most of her time confined to one room 😔. However, at night—when she’s most active—we give her some freedom to explore. Of course, we always supervise her to make sure no flower vases get broken 🤭, since this isn't our house and we have to follow the rules.
As a devoted companion to my little cat, I go wherever she goes. At night, when I give her a bit of freedom, Mitchu leaves the bedroom and heads straight for the living room. There are two windows there that are usually left open; she loves the one near the sofa because she can easily climb up to it. Of course, I have to stay right by her side—if I let my guard down for a moment, she could slip outside, which would be a major problem since she doesn't know how to handle the streets on her own; she has been a strictly indoor cat since she was tiny.
I love it when she climbs onto the sofa and gazes intently at the view. I stay there with her, enjoying the scenery and keeping a close watch to ensure she doesn't make a sudden leap that could lead to an accident.
We do this almost every day now. The window offers a sort of escape during these times when our lives have been so restricted; we are grateful for what we have, yet hopeful that our luck will improve.

A qué gato no le gusta mirar por las ventanas? Pues creo que una de las cosas favoritas de los mínimos caseros, es el pasar un buen tiempo mirando el paisaje a través de una ventana.
Mi gatita Mitchu es super inquieta, bueno es tan joven que ella solo quiere disfrutar la vida, en estás últimas semanas ha sido un poco difícil para ella, hemos cambiado de lugar y ya no tiene la misma libertad que antes, ahora pasa la mayor parte del tiempo metida en una habitación 😔 Pero por las noches cuando está más activa le damos algo de libertad para que explore, eso sí, siempre supervisando para que no haya un florero roto 🤭 pues está casa no es nuestra y las reglas debemos cumplirlas.
Como buen acompañante de mi gatita, estoy con ella a dónde quiera que va, en las noches al darle algo de libertad, Mitchu sale de la habitación y directamente se va a la sala, allí hay dos ventanas que suelen estar abiertas, a mi gatita le encanta la que queda cerca del sofá porque ahí se puede montar con facilidad, por supuesto tengo que estar bien cerquita de ella porque en un descuido puede salirse y eso pudiera ser un gran problema, pues ella no sabe estar en la calle sola, desde muy pequeñita ha sido una gatita muy casera.
Me encanta cuando se sube al sofá y contempla el paisaje con mucha atención, me quedo con ella disfrutando el panorama y cuidando que no de un salto repentino y suceda un accidente.
En este momento hacemos esto casi todos los días, la ventana es como un escapa en un tiempo en que nos ha tocado vivir muy limitados, dando gracias por lo que tenemos ahora, pero con esperanzas de que nuestra suerte mejore.
Mi esposo como siempre ama sacar fotos y aquí se las dejo, mis fotos con Mitchu contemplando desde la ventana 😍
