Hola amigos feliz tarde a todos espero que estén super bien, en un post anterior les conté un poco sobre la historia de como conseguí a Benito; la idea principal era darlo en adopción pues ya tenemos tres gatos en casa y uno más es bastante difícil, mi mamá me dijo que con gusto ella lo adoptaba así que para nosotros estaba súper bien Pero tuvimos un gran problema mi mamá no lo pudo venir a buscar durante un mes , y durante ese mes Benito creo un vínculo muy grande conmigo y mi novio y pues también con los demás miembros de la familia ( los gatos y los dos perros ) cuando vinieron por el nuestro corazón no pudo dejarlo ir 🥹 así que tomamos la decisión de que Benito ahora es miembro de nuestra pequeña familia asi que le dimos la bienvenida oficialmente y fuimos a comprarle sus cosas.
Hi friends, happy afternoon to everyone—I hope you’re doing great. In a previous post, I shared the story of how I found Benito; the original plan was to put him up for adoption, since we already have three cats at home and adding another one would be quite a challenge. My mom said she’d happily adopt him, which worked out perfectly for us, but we ran into a major issue: she couldn't come pick him up for a whole month. During that time, Benito formed a strong bond with my boyfriend and me—and with the rest of the family, too (the cats and the two dogs). When the time came for him to leave, our hearts just wouldn't let us say goodbye 🥹. So, we decided that Benito would become a permanent member of our little family; we officially welcomed him home and went out to buy him all his own things.
Empezamos por la comida aunque ya tenía decidí ir a reponerle su gatarina ya que es muy pequeño y come una diferente a los demás gatos de la casa , también llevamos algunos sobres de comida húmeda para gatitos pequeños, el come súper bien ahorita mi meta es que gane algo de peso está bastante mejor pero siento que aún le falta un poco, también ya le dimos su desparasitante, también le llevamos toallitas húmedas para limpiarle sus patas cuando hace pipí pues aún está aprendiendo a no ensuciarse .
We started with the food; I decided to restock his kitten food since he is very small and eats a different kind than the other cats in the house. We also brought some pouches of wet food for kittens. He is eating really well; right now, my goal is for him to gain some weight—he is doing much better, but I feel he still needs to put on a little more. We also gave him his dewormer and brought wet wipes to clean his paws after he pees, as he is still learning not to get himself messy.
Fuimos a mango bajito ya que la sección de mascotas es bastante grande , le escogimos un plato pues no tenía y comía en una taza reciclada de mantequilla 😂 también le compramos su collar y nos dimos cuenta que le encanta jugar pero mis gatos más viejitos no tienen la misma energía así que le llevamos un paquete de ratones de juguetes que al principio pensé que no les iba a gustar y la verdad le encantaron , debo comprar más ya que esos ya se perdieron en la casa 🙈 una cosa que nos hace falta es una caja de arena ya que el no sabe salir hacer sus necesidades.
We went to Mango Bajito since their pet section is quite large; we picked out a bowl for him—he didn't have one and had been eating out of a recycled butter tub 😂. We also bought him a collar and realized he loves to play, but my older cats don't have the same energy, so we got him a pack of toy mice. At first, I didn't think he’d like them, but he actually loved them—I need to buy more since those ones have already gotten lost around the house 🙈. One thing we still need is a litter box, as he doesn't know how to go outside to do his business.
Benito llegó de manera inesperada a completar nuestra familia aunque es muy pequeño ya sufrió demasiado así que de ahora en adelante solo tendrá una vida feliz a lados de sus papis y sus hermanos gatunos y perritos , BIENVENIDO A LA FAMILIA BENITO .
Benito arrived unexpectedly to complete our family; although he is very small, he has already suffered too much, so from now on he will only have a happy life alongside his parents and his feline and canine siblings. Welcome to the family, Benito!
