This is my very first post here, so I’m new in this community and I’m really excited to share something with you because I want to start with a very special situation that’s been happening to me lately.
It turns out that my uncles will be traveling abroad to visit their children and, of course, their beloved pet can’t go with them. That beautiful little dog is named Robin, and he will be staying under my care for the entire time they’re away. For me, this marks something very important: the beginning of a new relationship with him.
I could say this is the lovely start of Robin and I living together in a different way. He won’t just be “my uncles’ dog” that I visit from time to time anymore, but now he’ll be with me every day, and in a way he’ll become my pet, even if just temporarily. And I say “temporarily” in quotes, because in our hearts there are no deadlines—when you bond with an animal, that connection stays with you.
Still, I must confess that Robin and I have always had a special relationship. Even before, every time I visited my uncles’ house, he would get so excited to see me, wag his tail with joy, and seek out my affection. I think, in some way, he already saw me as someone important in his life, and now this friendship will have the chance to grow even more.
In the photos I’m sharing, you’ll see how adorable he is and how well we get along. For me, this is not only a responsibility but also a beautiful opportunity to learn, to give love, and to receive it as well. I’m sure Robin and I will have many adventures together, which I’ll be happy to share with you here at Hive Pets.

Este es mi primer post por acá, así que soy completamente nuevo en la comunidad. Me emociona mucho poder compartir con ustedes porque quiero hacerlo a partir de un hecho muy especial que me está ocurriendo últimamente.
Resulta que mis tíos estarán viajando al exterior para visitar a sus hijos y, por supuesto, su querida mascota no puede acompañarlos. Ese perrito hermoso se llama Robin, y quedará a mi cuidado durante todo el tiempo que ellos estén fuera. Para mí, este momento marca algo muy importante: el inicio de una nueva relación con él.
Podría decirse que es el bonito comienzo de que Robin y yo conviviremos de otra manera. No será solo “el perrito de mis tíos” al que visito de vez en cuando, sino que ahora estará conmigo día a día, y en cierta forma se convertirá en mi mascota, aunque sea temporalmente. Y digo “temporalmente” entre comillas, porque en el corazón uno no pone fechas: la conexión con un animal llega para quedarse.
Sin embargo, debo confesar que Robin y yo siempre hemos tenido una relación especial. Desde antes, cada vez que iba a casa de mis tíos, él se emocionaba al verme, me movía la cola con alegría y buscaba que lo acariciara. Creo que, de alguna manera, él ya me reconocía como alguien importante en su vida, y ahora esa amistad tendrá la oportunidad de crecer aún más.
En las fotos que comparto podrán notar lo tierno que es y cómo nos llevamos. Para mí, esto no solo es un reto, sino una linda oportunidad para aprender, para dar amor y también para recibirlo. Estoy seguro de que Robin y yo tendremos muchas aventuras que podré compartir con ustedes aquí en Hive Pets.
