Hello hive friends,
maybe this is not the best community to talk about my exercises for my hernia, but I thought it maybe is the right place to do so.
I have got backpains for a couple of weeks now, and next week, I am going to the hospital for an MRI scan. Until then, I live on painkillers, physiotherapy, and stretching exercises. And that is what I want to show you today.
During my stretching exercises in de morning, I get the best company to support me.
Meet our doggy Pippa. She is just like me, a hernia patient. We both have had three hernias each. I had just one operation, but Pippa had her third operation a month and a half ago. She is still recovering a bit from that, so for now still no lang walkies and strange movements alloud. But she can support me during my streachies.
If you look closely, you still she the scar and the place were she was shaved. The next picture was a week or so after the operation.
And sometimes it's al fun and games, and she is atacking my beard.
And ofcours some kisses.
And some cuddles.
And this is us after the workout.

Aww, I think it is a great place for your workout with the support of cute Pippa. I am sure being home and resting is so much better there with you. So interesting that you have both had 3 hernia operations each. Looks like you are feeling better, at least up doing your exercises. :)

Don't worry with time you will get used to It😂😊. It won't hurt again. If it does hurt, you give yourself a break. OK?

Pippa is so lovely. Pet company is something that is more than a real friends company. You are lucky to have one.
